I just learn their new room arrangement for their new house (I believe the just moved house). So here is the arrangement for the room
Yoona & Yuri (my SNSD OTP!!!!)
Sunny and Teayeon (the short sisters!)
Hyeoyeon and Soehyun (it's funny how my third and fourth fav in SNSD are in one room^^)
Fany get the room alone (maybe she snores? cause that is the reason why Eunhyuk got his own room, and he is smells too LOL.)
and Soo Yound to share room with Jesicca.

The best thing is Yoona & Yuri will be in one room!
Will Soo Young be okay, rooming with Sica?
